Role Highlights

Client Engagement: cultivate and maintain relationships through networking events and portfolio management, with consistent communication and progress tracking
Financial Strategy Development: assess clients' objectives and risk tolerance to craft personalized strategies, delivering clear recommendations
Product and Service Consultation: discuss financial products and services tailored to each client's unique situation
Location: In-office presence required

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66
Personal Attributes: values-driven with a proven record of success and achievement
Communication Skills: excellent interpersonal abilities and strong self confidence
Mindset: entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others
Collaboration: ability to work with and learn from top performers
Work Authorization: must be authorized to work in the United States

Training & Development

FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing
Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120-day hands-on training
Virtual University: access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for ongoing learning
Mentorship: opportunities for collaborative work and mentoring
Personalized Coaching: guidance from a local Vice President to support your journey
Leadership Development: access to Leadership Development School for those pursuing management roles
Professional Growth: encouragement to pursue designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations
Stable Pay: after completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional with biweekly stable pay for up to 24 months, based on a structured 40-hour workweek at $34,500 annually
Commissions and Bonus: in addition to Stable Pay, eligible to earn commissions and bonus
Benefits Eligibility: eligible professionals can participate in comprehensive programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), subject to terms and conditions
