About the Role
Fireside Wealth, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our growing Lakeville, MN team. This position offers a long-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a client-focused, values-driven environment. Location: Lakeville, MN | Hybrid. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update financial plans and investment proposals
- Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up actions
- Process investment trades and account service requests
- Research investment options and product solutions
- Maintain client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Support overall office operations and advisor workflow
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher in a related field is required
- Licensing: Series 7 and/or 66 preferred but not required
- Experience: Background in financial planning or client service within a wealth management or advisory practice
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to effectively interact with clients and teammates
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with standard office software and open to learning new tools
- Client-Focused Mindset: Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- Classification: Exempt position
