Role Overview

A lead wealth advisor is a skilled professional who primarily delivers personalized financial guidance and ongoing support to clients. This senior role spends the majority of time directly engaging with clients to help individuals and families reach their financial goals by applying the HF service process, Seasons of Wealth Management. Core duties include building comprehensive financial plans, crafting customized investment strategies, tax planning, and providing ongoing advice to keep plans aligned with changing needs and market conditions. By fostering strong, trust-based relationships, advisors assist clients in navigating complex financial landscapes, making informed decisions, and achieving long-term financial stability. Beyond client-facing work, they collaborate with other professionals such as tax advisors and estate planners to provide a holistic approach to financial and wealth planning. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of financial principles are essential for success. By dedicating most of their time to client interactions, these advisors deliver a high level of personalized service and cultivate confidence in clients’ financial futures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' near-term and long-term goals.
  • Provide investment guidance by recommending options based on clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Monitor and adjust portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with goals and market conditions.
  • Assist with retirement, estate, tax, and education planning by assessing needs, proposing solutions, and creating strategies in these areas.
  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review plans, discuss changes in circumstances, and provide updates.
  • Educate clients by explaining complex financial concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current with financial regulations and ensuring all interactions and transactions meet legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors, estate planners, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive guidance.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate and helpful information.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Financial expertise in planning, investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
  • Analytical ability to assess financial data, evaluate risk, and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build trust and understand client needs and goals.
  • Thorough regulatory knowledge to ensure ethical and legal practices.

Experience and Education

  • Experience: Over 10 years with a strong emphasis on client management, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Skills Development: Exceptional ability in holistic financial planning, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
