Financial Services Professional (management fast track- MBA required)

Overview

We’re dedicated to prudent financial management and delivering exceptional service. We’re seeking leadership-oriented professionals to join our Fast Track Management Program, which accelerates advancement to management within 12 months. The program supports a long-term financial strategy for clients through a broad range of products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. Participants begin as financial professionals to gain hands-on experience, and after meeting program requirements, transition to Associate Partner, with responsibilities for recruiting and developing their own team. The six-month Associate Partner Training Program is included to prepare you for managerial success. A recent MBA (within the last 24 months) or prior management or business ownership experience is required.

What you’ll do

Start as a financial professional to build practical experience, then progress to management as an Associate Partner once you meet the program criteria. In the Associate Partner role, you’ll recruit and grow your own team of financial professionals and participate in the Associate Partner Training Program to sharpen your leadership skills.

Eligibility requirements

• MBA completed within the previous 24 months, or prior management or business owner experience

Preferred qualifications

• Life and Health License
• FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
• Previous sales experience
