Financial Services Professional (management fast track- MBA required)

Program Overview

We are seeking individuals with a strong leadership mindset to join our Fast Track Management Program. This pathway is designed to accelerate your climb into management, with the possibility of advancement within about 12 months. As a financial professional, you’ll assist clients in creating long-term financial plans using a broad range of products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.

Fast Track Path and Responsibilities

Begin as a financial professional to gain practical, hands-on experience. Once program requirements are met, you can transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this capacity, you’ll recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program, which is designed to prepare you for managerial success.

Eligibility Requirements

• MBA completed within the previous 24 months, or prior management or business owner experience

Preferred Skills

• Life and Health License
• FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
• Previous sales experience
