Sage Rutty & Company, Inc., a comprehensive financial services firm, is expanding and seeks a full time Financial Services Associate to support this growth. The role entails operational and sales support for an established advisor practice, assisting with client service, daily operations, and ensuring adherence to compliance and corporate policies. Experience and licenses are appreciated but not required. The ideal candidate is mature, possesses excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. While not mandatory, obtaining Series 7 and Series 66 within 18 months of hire is encouraged.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and sales support for an established advisor practice.
- Assist with client service activities and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with the advisory team to support growth and deliver a strong client experience.
Qualifications and licensing
- Mature and experienced candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
