Role Overview
As a Financial Representative, you will join a team that assists individuals and businesses in achieving financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and planning. Your responsibilities include building long term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand financial goals, aspirations, and concerns
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive plans that incorporate investments, insurance, and retirement
- Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement strategies to protect clients' assets and income
- Ongoing Support: Monitor plans and provide updates, adjusting strategies as circumstances change
- Networking: Build and maintain a client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to establish trust with clients
Licenses
Obtain the necessary licenses such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
