Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, guiding them through financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies.
- Perform comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop customized solutions aligned with client goals.
- Expand the client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Continually enhance knowledge of financial products and market trends.
- Mentor and guide junior financial professionals as part of the management track.
- Meet sales goals and performance metrics required for consideration on the management track.
- Participate in professional development and leadership training initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Proven success in sales, finance, management, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to excel in a performance-based environment.
- Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential.
- Life and Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain).

Fast Track to Management
Eligible candidates who reach performance benchmarks early may enter the Fast Track to Management, which includes:
