Overall Responsibilities

  • Provide needs-based financial solutions by combining investment, protection, and retirement planning strategies to help clients reach their goals.
  • Grow a loyal client base through networking, targeted marketing, and excellent customer service.
  • Assist existing Prudential clients through our lead generation programs.
  • Collaborate within a team environment to assemble the best possible solutions for clients.

Essential Career Functions

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to continually engage current clients and prospect for potential clients.
  • Analyze information gathered from client meetings and develop proposed solutions.
  • Establish financial plans for clients as a licensed financial planner.
  • Conduct outreach to existing clients to ensure portfolios are current and aligned with individual needs and goals.
  • Deliver educational presentations or seminars to individuals or groups on topics related to investment, retirement, or protection options.
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and Prudential Advisors policies.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
