Forest Hills Financial Group, a member of The Guardian Network, is seeking motivated individuals to join as Financial Advisors in a HYBRID role. This position requires residence in the New York Metropolitan Market. Office locations include New York City, Melville, NY, and New Jersey. Location: Hybrid remote in Melville, NY 11747.

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial situation
Analyze information to design a strategy that incorporates suitable products and services
Develop and nurture a client base that appreciates your guidance and input
Help clients keep their financial plans up to date and aligned with their objectives, building long‑lasting relationships

The Guardian FR contract includes a draw starting at $24,000; inexperienced FRs in their first four years earn $90K to $100K per year on average, including first year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two
