Overview

Forest Hills Financial Group, part of The Guardian Network, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors in a hybrid role within the New York metropolitan area. Office locations include New York City, Melville, NY, and New Jersey. As a Financial Professional, you will advocate for clients, continually enhance their financial well-being, and serve the communities you work with. FHFG invites self-driven professionals to join our nationwide network of Financial Professionals, helping individuals and businesses access financial products and services that protect assets, clarify financial life, and build future wealth.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain a client base that values your guidance and input
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information
• Analyze information to design a strategy with appropriate products and services
• Keep client financial strategies current and aligned with goals, nurturing long-term relationships

Compensation

• Draw against commissions starting at $24,000 under the Guardian FR contract
• Average annual earnings for inexperienced Financial Representatives in the first four years range from $90,000 to $100,000, including first-year and renewal commissions
• Renewal commissions commence in year two
• Compensation is commission-based with potential bonuses

• Four-year college degree (preferred)
