Rich Marooney, Managing Director: Rich brings 28 years of industry experience and joined Prudential six years ago after serving as a Center Manager at UPS in Connecticut. His move into financial services was driven by a personal commitment to help families prepare for events such as death or disability after the loss of his oldest son, Ryan. Outside work, Rich enjoys golf, and his son James plays professional hockey with the Adirondack Thunder, an ECHL affiliate of the NJ Devils. Rich’s other sons, Cody and Joey, played NCAA Division 1 hockey at the University of Alabama Huntsville and the University of Minnesota. Andrew Grande, Regional Director: Andrew brings over a decade of industry experience and leads a growing practice across Massachusetts. Before Prudential, he worked at Northwestern Mutual and New York Life, earning the 2021 Career Success Award and ranking #5 nationally for Rookie Partner of the Year. He recruited 14 advisors with a 91% first-year retention rate and exceeded his performance target by 240%. Previously, Andrew owned a top-performing Allstate Insurance agency, ranked #1 in Massachusetts for customer satisfaction. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UMass Dartmouth and was a four-year starter on the football team. Andrew lives in Kingston, MA with his wife and three daughters and enjoys golfing, hockey, and supporting the Patriots. Jennifer Craig, Regional Director and Financial Planner: Jennifer Craig, RICP, has progressed from financial advisor to Regional Director at Prudential Advisors since joining in 2010. She founded L.I.F.T. (Ladies in Finance, Together), a program that empowers female financial advisors using the NE W model, focusing on identifying individual strengths. As a member of the Women’s Program Planning Council and the DEI Advisory Council, Jennifer helps shape initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
