Compensation
$100,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new prospects, building solid relationships with clients as their trusted advisor
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies aligned with client risk tolerance and goals
- Educate clients on planning for their financial future to prepare for life events
- Cultivate relationships to help families and individuals pursue financial security
- Grow your network by engaging with communities and professional groups
- Aim to add 50 new clients each year
- Work with business owners on employee retention and succession planning strategies
- Expand knowledge and pursue specializations through the New York Life training curriculum
- Assess each client’s life and financial needs to craft a tailored strategy using suitable products and services
- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from a trusted financial professional
